Thank you to all those who came out and volunteered at Time Trials last night. Our Sharks looked fantastic in the water! We have a few upcoming events and reminders, so mark your calendars.

• As a reminder, volunteer sign ups are due on Friday, June 18. Please remember that you must volunteer, even if your swimmer does not swim in the meets. Each family must have a total of 5 volunteer points. Please refer to “Team Policies” (under Information) on our website and the email from 6/4.

• If you would like to share any pictures from swim team thus far, please forward them to me or Allison. We would love to start gathering pictures for the slide show. Your help is greatly appreciated!

• Speaking of pictures, Mark Schilling will be taking individual and team pictures on 6/24 at 11:30am. He will be here after our 6 and under practice time. If you would like to get pictures, see the attached order form. We ask all Sharks (7 and older) to come back to the pool at 11:30 to participate in the team picture. Swimmers are asked to wear their team swimsuits and 2021 Shark t-shirts. If you do not have a team suit, wear a darker color swimsuit along with your team t-shirt. Below are some “helpful tips” from the photographer. There will be 2 photographers and he plans for it to go quickly. We should be done by Noon. Order forms are attached.

To view product samples website www.pictureperfect710.com or on Facebook Picture-Perfect-Photography- Order forms should be filled out and ready to turn in on picture day with payment (m/c, visa, cash, check, money order accepted).
Customers/parents must turn in their order forms with payment to our customer service rep which will be at the picture day location. All order forms are returned with each ordered package. Customers do not have to pay in any chronological order - we take all the players photos. Swimmers& coaches or whoever else is in the team photos should be in uniform and ready to go 15 minutes prior to scheduled picture time. Team parent or coaches may be asked to assist the photographer in helping with poses, tucking shirts in, shoes tied, assisting with the swimmers’ names, etc...and just overall making sure the player looks good - team parents and coaches are very helpful in providing an easier, relaxed and organized picture day. Once their individual and team photos are taken - they are free to leave.
