Mounts Bay Pool at Kingsmill

101 Tutter’s Neck, Williamsburg, VA 23185.

There is a parking lot and overflow can park along the main street along Mounts Bay Road. Please avoid blocking driveways.

Pool Lanes: 6 – Fly over starts, Meet starts at 6pm.

Timer Sheets: NO - Using Time Drops Wireless Swim Timing System

Concessions:

Concessions will be located inside Mounts Bay Rec Center Club House. The Shark Shack will sell hot dogs, chicken salad sandwiches and wraps, Italian subs, hummus bowls, nachos, pretzels, drinks (sports drinks, water, soda), chips & snacks, candy, cookies. Dice, playing cards and Jacks will also be for sale at concessions to keep swimmers occupied during events. We accept cash and Credit Card.

 Polar Snow shaved ice truck will  be at the meet.

Team Set Up/What to Bring: Your team is welcome to set up on the far side of the pool (closest to Mounts Bay Road). It is very sunny so feel free to bring tents and chairs.

Warm-ups: Home team at 5:00pm. Away team at 5:30pm.

Volunteer Check-in will take place at the main entrance of the pool. Feel free to use this area to check in your volunteers.

Volunteer meeting/timer meeting will be at 5:45pm by entrance of pool.

Clerk of Course: Will be set up under the pergola near the blocks.

Scorers and Ribbons will be inside the clubhouse. Please use the side door by the pool entrance to get in.  Our team will award ribbons 1st through 6th place based on time. Thereafter, we will award the winner of each heat a heat winner prize.
