The meet schedule is now uploaded to SwimTopia. It’s official - the 2021 Shark swim meets will be dual and in-person! Here’s what YOU need to do.

Step One: Mark your swimmer as “attending” or “not attending” for each meet. If you’re still unsure which meets your swimmer can attend- that’s okay! The RSVP deadline for each Monday evening meet is the prior Friday at 12 noon. As a reminder, steps for RSVPing to swim meets are as follows:

1.Log into SwimpTopia

2.Under “Upcoming Events,” click the highlighted meet

3.Select “Meet Entry”

4.In the next screen, you should see a list of your swimmers

5.Select “edit”

6.In the dropdown menu, mark their status

7.Save

Step Two: Sign up for volunteer positions. As most of you know, we rely on our volunteer staff and depend on YOUR support. Therefore, each family is required to earn at least 5 points of volunteer commitments. Each point is equal to one shift (there are 2 shifts per meet). For more information regarding parent work commitments, please visit the team's website under “Information” and “Team Policies.” Job sign-ups for all 5 meets will be posted on Monday, June 7 at 9pm. First come, first served! The deadline for volunteer sign-up is Friday, 6/18. Please remember that you must volunteer, even if your swimmer does not swim in the meets. If you have a core position, you have already been accounted for and are not required to sign up for additional positions. We need all hands on-deck to make these meets run smoothly and successfully! Steps for job sign-ups are the same as those for Time Trials:

1.Log into Swimptopia

2.Under “Upcoming Events,” click the highlighted meet

3.Select “Job Signup”

4.In the next screen, you should see a list of job opportunities

5.Check the job for which you are signing up

6.Click the “Save Assignments” button.

Friday, June 11: Last day to RSVP for Time Trials (6/14)

Friday, June 18: Last day to RSVP for Job sign-ups

Friday, June 18 @ noon: RSVP for 6/21 HOME meet vs. Queens Lake
