Claire is a sophomore at William & Mary and a dedicated student-athlete. She competed her freshman year at Indiana University and was a member of the USA Swimming Junior National Team for three years. She swims distance freestyle and, occasionally, the 400 IM. Claire previously trained and competed with NOVA, and now coaches at Williamsburg Aquatic Club. She is very excited to join the Kingsmill Sharks this summer to share joy in and out of the pool!
Meet Coach Charlotte!
Charlotte is thrilled to join the Kingsmill Sharks coaching team this summer! Charlotte is an honors student at Jamestown High School, where she also plays for the school’s volleyball team. Outside of school volleyball, she competes with her club team, Wave, and loves the teamwork and energy that come with competitive sports.
Charlotte has been part of the Kingsmill Sharks community since her family moved to Williamsburg in the summer of 2021. She’s been swimming ever since, and her passion for the sport has grown through her time with two club teams — WAC and CGBD. Her experience as both an athlete and a teammate help her bring a positive, supportive, and enthusiastic approach to coaching.
She can’t wait to help swimmers improve, have fun, and build confidence in and out of the pool. Charlotte is excited for a great summer with the Sharks!
Cecelia Hart has just completed her first swim season swimming for the Eagles at Jamestown High School She is now entering her seventh season with the Kingsmill Sharks, where she has grown not only as a swimmer but also as a teammate and leader. Over the years, Cecelia has developed a strong love for the sport and the team, driven by both the excitement of competition and the supportive community that surrounds it.
This summer, Cecelia is especially excited to take on a new role as an assistant coach for the Kingsmill Sharks. She looks forward to helping younger swimmers build confidence, improve their skills, and most importantly, have fun in the water. Cecelia hopes to create the same welcoming and uplifting environment that has meant so much to her throughout her swimming journey.
Cecelia is proud to be a part of the Sharks family and cannot wait for another great season filled with teamwork and determination.
