Hello Summer Awards families, 

Thank you for signing your child up for this meet! It will be a fun and fast meet. I am hoping to see Summer Champs cuts on Saturday. 

What: 2026 Summer Awards 

Where: Kingswood Pool; 100 Red Maple Place, 23185.

When: Saturday, July 25th, 2026. 10 and younger start time at 8:15 am. 11 and older start time at 1:15.

Warm-ups: AM session 7:45-8:00am. PM Session 12:30-12:45. Please arrive 20 minutes before warm-ups to check in with Coach Caroline! 

Please read the following carefully!

1. Meet Start: 10 and younger start time at 8:15 am. 11 and older start time at 1:15.
2. Parking: There is limited space in the large field with parking attendants to direct you. Additional parking is on Spring Road, West Kingswood Drive, Oak Rd. Please do not park in Marywood or the Marywood Playground area.
3. Tent Set-up: Set-up in the large field in front of the clubhouse. You may set-up Friday afternoon. There is not a designated area for each team. KW is not responsible for your tent- please be sure your tent is weighed down in case of weather.
4. Concessions: KW will run a full concession stand. Venmo and cash accepted.
5. T-Shirt Pick-up: Pick up your Summer Awards t-shirts at the concession stand.
6. Toilets: The bathrooms in the clubhouse are for swimmers only. We have portable toilets for spectators.
7. Clerk of Course: Located near the diving well. Please be sure your swimmer does not miss their event. A large board will be posted in front of the field so swimmers know which event and heat are being called to the clerk of course.
8. Ribbons/Awards: Ribbons will be awarded for 1st - 12th in both Individual and Relay Events.

- Event 65 Boys 200 Freestyle Relay

- Colin Dahnke (12), Holden Dahnke (12), Nolan Smith (12), Lincoln Hill (12)
