Good morning Sharks, 

Congratulations to all swimmers who competed on Monday against the Flyers! We had multiple swimmer perform PB and drop time. We had 3 new swimmers qualify for VPSU Champs!

We had our most disqualifications in backstroke and breaststroke! We will work on stroke technique for breaststroke kick and finishing on our back during backstroke! 

Thanks to everyone who dressed up as Superheros and Villains! Michael Bauer (Captain America) and Taylor Storck (Cat Woman) received Best Dressed! 

Thanks again to all the parents who volunteered and make our home meet run smoothly and successfully. We couldn’t have done it without you all!
