In preparation for the AWAY meet on Monday vs Kingswood, please see directions and details below.

Kingswood has an 8-year-old girl who is battling cancer.  She hopes to swim a 25 Free and 25 Breast at the meet.  If she is able to swim, I hope our team can all stand up and cheer for her during her swim!!

Kingswood Pool

Start Time: 6:00 pm

Diving End: We will start all races from the 5 foot end of the pool.

Parking:

• Please park in the large, grassy field in front of the pool. Overflow parking is available along Spring Road and down West Kingswood Drive. Please do not park at the Marywood Playground or in Marywood.

Warm-ups:

• Away Team warm-ups begin at 5:30

Seating:

• Away team seating is located in the large open area next to the diving well.

Clerk of Course:

• New this year: Clerk of Course is located next to the diving well, opposite the team seating.

Timing:

• We are using the time drops system. Swimmers do not need cards. The times will automatically upload into the time drops system. Each lane will have 3 timers who will each have a time drop button. We will have a head timer with 3 stopwatches as well from Kingswood. One time per lane will have a stopwatch as well to write the time on one provided sheet. *This is subject to change as the season continues and we use the system.

• Lane 1: 2 KW, 1 Visiting team
• Lane 2: 1 KW, 2 Visiting team
• Lane 3: 2 KW, 1 Visiting team
• Lane 4: 1 KW, 2 Visiting team
• Lane 5: 2 KW, 1 Visiting Team

Ribbons:

• We are awarding ribbons for place 1-6. For 10 and younger swimmers we will also award rainbow participation ribbons. We are not awarding ribbons for relay swimmers. Please take your ribbons with you at the end of the meet.

Concessions:

• We run a full concession stand. We will accept Cash, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
