The Summer Awards Meet will be held on Saturday, July 25th, at Kingswood Pool.

This end-of-season meet serves as the championship for many of our swimmers. It offers a fantastic opportunity for everyone to compete against the entire VPSU league, contribute to the team score, and earn big ribbons.

For younger swimmers, events are divided by individual age (7-year-olds compete only against other 7-year-olds), which is a great experience for those at the younger end of their age group. Swimmers of all ages can also participate in relays with friends in their age group.

Swimmers are eligible to compete at this meet if they:

• Have not qualified for the VPSU Championship Meet (Champs) in any events.
• Have one or two Champs times and want to swim other events at Summer Awards to try to qualify for Champs in more events.

Please find the attached Meet Invitation for more details. If you sign up your swimmer(s), please note that you will also be required to volunteer; this is a separate requirement from our dual meets.
