Hi Sharks!

For all those who ordered team towels at registration, they have arrived and will be distributed by Jen Cummings tomorrow morning starting at 9am!  We will also be passing them out at the meet tomorrow evening.

I have only three extra blank towels that we will sell at concessions tomorrow for $35.00. 

Heat sheets and athlete check-in will be send around noon.  Please write the event, heat and lane on your swimmer's hands a print a copy of the heat sheet for yourself to follow along.

Please arrive at Mounts Bay at 4:45pm for a 5:00pm warm-up.  

Check in for volunteer shifts will be with Sarah Moffitt at the front entrance table.

Eat a great carb dinner, get some rest, stay out of the heat tomorrow and we will see you at the meet!!
