Shark and "Little Shark" Families,

Please read this entire email as it contains a lot of information regarding practice times, VPSU RSVP dates, VPSU Meet information and Awards Banquet. 

1. For those swimmers who are NOT attending the Summer Awards Meet this weekend, or the VPSU Champs Meet, swim team practice is officially over for you.  We hope you had a wonderful season!!

2. Practice the Week of July 22nd-July 26th is for only those swimmers going to the Summer Awards Meet and the Swimmers who are going to the VPSU Champs Meet, August 3rd. **Summer Awards Swimmer's last day of practice will be July 26th**

3. Practice the week of July 29th-August 2nd will ONLY be for swimmers who have qualifies and are attending VPSU Champs Meet.

4. Little Sharks practice ends Friday, July 26th!  We will have cupcakes to celebrate the season and please mark your calendars for our Awards Banquet on Sunday, August 4th at 5pm where they will be recognized!

5. VPSU RSVPs are due Tomorrow, July 25th by 9pm!!

 We now have 75 athletes with times - 3 more qualified Monday night! Please see the attached list of qualifiers!! We also had 18 more times made overall. Currently there are only 29 swimmers in the system that have confirmed they are participating in the VPSU Meet.  Entries are due in Swim Topia by THURSDAY, July 25th at 9pm!!

The top 16 places score points, so it is important to get as many athletes as possible from our team!!  The top 8 medal and 9-16 earn large ribbons, all of which help Kingsmill to earn points towards winning the VPSU Meet overall!  Please use the link below for more details.

6. Awards Banquet:

This formal presentation and recognition of our swimmers will take place Sunday, August 4th at 5pm-8pm.  We will begin with a formal presentation, hand out awards, enjoy a Pot-luck dinner together, and then the kids can swim with their friends as we close out another great season!
