Good evening, Sharks!

Family Fun Night was a blast!!  I loved how moms and dads joined in on the fun!  I have attached some of my favorite photos from the evening, especially the last picture!!  A big shout out to our assistant coaches for running the relays and events!!  They did such an incredible job!!

Tomorrow is a big meet against First Colony Flyers!  Please arrive at 4:45pm so that our sharks can be in the water for warm-ups at 5:00pm.  Heat sheets will again come in an email ready for you to print around 12 noon.  Don't forget to wear all GREEN!!  Volunteer Check-in will be at the entrance of the pool.  Volunteer meeting will occur at 5:45pm.

Tomorrow morning at practice, we will have our first pancake breakfast!!  Fueling our athletes is important!!  Grab some protein packed pancakes and enjoy with a friend after your practice time.

Get some rest shark swimmers!!  Remembering the "old rule of the KM Sharks", we suggest taking it easy and avoid being at the pool all day.  Stay out of the hot sun, and enjoy a movie, bake with some friends, get some summer reading knocked out and save your energy for the meet!!
