Meet Location: 757 Swim (the Wisc), 5720 Warhill Trail Williamsburg, 23188 

Warm-ups: Morning Session (11 years and older): 7:20am 
Afternoon Session (10 years and younger): 11:20am

Concessions will be provided by Williamsburg Community Pool. They’ve agreed to provide this service on behalf of Villages of Westminster, the Champs host team. Concessions will be served in accordance with JCC special event concession guidelines. We encourage families to pack coolers with water!

Families may park in the WISC parking lot but should not walk through the WISC facility to reach the pool building at the back. Families are asked to walk around the outside of the building to reach the pool.

Parents/spectators may enter the pool building to watch their swimmers’ events through the 757 Lobby. Once their swimmer's event has concluded, they should exit through the back right door of the pool.

VPSU will not be printing programs this year. A digital copy of the program will be online. There will also be a QR code provided to access the program. Signs with the QR code will displayed throughout the pool facility.

Teams may set up tents in front of the 757 Pool on Friday between 6-8 p.m., weather permitting. A map of parking spot assignments is attached. 

Volunteering

• Please see the attached volunteer assignment document, which outlines each job. The number of volunteers assigned per team is calculated based on the number of athletes participating per team.
• There will be a volunteer check-in station. All volunteers are to go to the check-in station during each session’s warm-ups so they can be marked off and provided with any necessary materials required to complete one's volunteer task. Teams will be charged for unfulfilled volunteer positions.

• The slots are first come, first serve. If you don’t sign up, you will be assigned. A description of all position is attached.
