Happy Meet Day! Tonight, we are swimming against the Greenspring Gators at their pool.

Pool Address: 3200 Manor Gate Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23188

Parking: lot by pool/along side of road.

Team set-up: Spectators are asked to set up tents and chairs in the field outside the pool area. Only coaches and swimmers are permitted to set up inside the pool area on the side of the baby pool and bathrooms.

Warm-Ups: Coach Matt would like all swimmers ready on the pool deck at 5:15pm. Please map out the drive since it's a little ways out there and will be rush hour.  

Athlete Roster and Heat Sheet: See attached. We encourage you to print out a heat sheet and bring it with you this evening. Don’t forget to download the SwimTopia app if you haven’t done so already.

Volunteers: Please check in at 5:40pm. Please note, the job sign up was incorrectly posted.  If you signed up for concessions, we will ask you to time or fill in other areas.

Concessions The Gator Grill will be open and is cash only. See the attached menu.  

Looking ahead:  practices remain the same tomorrow.  If your swimmer is not swimming at the Summer Awards Meet or Champs, today was his/her last day of practices.  As the next two weeks progress, practice times may change as we may consolidate some groups.  Stay tuned.
