Coach Matt is asking all swimmers to RSVP for the Ford's Colony meet by 1pm tomorrow.  Please don't forget to mark your swimmer either way.

Attached are the 2023 VPSU qualifying times for Champs.  The Champs meet is scheduled for Saturday, 7/29.  There are four ways to check and see if your child has made a cut:

1- Ribbons: compare times printed on ribbons to the times on the attached chart.

2- SwimTopia (Kingsmill Sharks) website: after logging in, go to "Swim Meets" at the top.  You can go into any Meet Entry button (the ones that are marked "closed") for QL, First Colony or KW and seed times/best times are listed for each swimmer.

3- SwimTopia App: under each swimmer, go to "Swim History"

4- Ask one of the coaches

We have three more regular season meets to achieve qualifying times.  In addition, the Summer Awards Meet is a great opportunity to compete in a league-wide meet, which is a last shot at making Champs.  This meet is scheduled for 7/22 at Ford's Colony.  An added bonus is: Summer Awards has a super cool shirt this year!
