The Hampton Roads area continues to deal with poor air quality and is currently under a "Code Red" From the Virginia Department of Emergency Management. Practice today may be shortened and we will focus on our meet warm up and review procedures for our time trials tomorrow. Any swimmers with Asthma or other health condition that may be impacted by the air quality should stay at home. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update before our time trials. Parents and swimmers should expect a fast moving trail meet tomorrow evening! Go Sharks!
