1. Warm-ups for the morning session (ages 11 and older) will start promptly at 7:20am in lanes 1,2,3,4. Coach Matt would like swimmers to report to the tent at 7am. Warm-ups for the afternoon session (10 and under) start at 11:20am in lanes 1,2,3,4 and swimmers are asked to be at the WISC by 11am. Our tents will be set up in the parking lot between the main wisc building and the pool.

2. VPSU has determined the volunteer schedule based on the number of swimmers each team is sending. Therefore, we are responsible for the following spots and we’ve assigned accordingly. Please take note of your position.

3. Against the Grain food truck will be on site selling food. There will not be any additional concessions sold so please ensure you pack enough food and water for your families.

4. The swimmers’ entrance to the pool for warmups will be through the double doors on the 757 Patio. The Clerk of Course will be on the front patio where all swimmers will be lined up and brought to the blocks from the back side of the pool.

5. Spectators may enter the pool building to watch their swimmer's events through the 757 Lobby. Once their swimmer's event has concluded, we ask that spectators exit the pool area.

6. Families may park in the WISC parking lot but should not walk through the WISC facility to reach the pool building at the back. We ask families to walk around the outside of the building to reach the pool.

7. Please ensure you are using restrooms labeled spectators. Swimmers will use restrooms labeled swimmers. Showers will not be open for use to swimmers.

8. Be sure to wear your Shark green.
