Hello! Today is the first day of practice, we look forward to seeing the Sharks this afternoon!

Time trials are Monday 6/14. Warm-ups start at 4 p.m. and the time trials start at 5 p.m. We encourage all swimmers to attend. Time trials provide an opportunity for the athletes to swim each of the events and experience the general flow of a meet, the coaches to better understand which events to place the swimmers, and the volunteers to have a practice run through, all of which help to ensure we have a successful season. Please RSVP your swimmers. Also, parents of participating swimmers must volunteer. Please note that volunteering for time trials does not count toward the required 5 points for the regular season. RSVP and volunteer sign-up instructions are below.

RSVP: You need to let us know if your swimmer will be competing in the time trials. Once the meet schedule is posted, you will also need to RSVP to each meet. If you do not appropriately mark the swimmers in Swimtopia, they will not be included in the lineup. Steps to RSVP:

1.Log into Swimptopia

2.Under “Upcoming Events,” click the highlighted meet

3.Select “Meet Entry”

4.In the next screen, you should see a list of your swimmers

5.Select “edit”

6.In the dropdown menu, mark their status

7.Save

Job SIgn-Ups:

3.Select “Job Signup”

4.In the next screen, you should see a list of job opportunities

5.Check the job for which you are signing up

6.Click the “Save Assignments” button.
