Kingsmill Sharks Registration Opens Monday, May 10th, 2021

We are excited to gather our Sharks once again this year. All registration paperwork, waivers, payments and volunteer commitments will be completed online! Here are a few easy steps to complete your registration so that your swimmer is ready to dive in on the first day of practice - Tuesday, June 1:

1.The registration link will be emailed to you on Monday, May 10.
2.Click the link to begin the process.
3.The system will ask the normal questions and ask you to accept the required waivers. These must be completed for registration to be valid.
4.The registration fee is $130/swimmer and will be paid online during registration.
5.Once you have successfully registered and paid, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note that anyone who registers and pays by May 24th will receive a free Kingsmill Sharks t-shirt to be delivered at Meet the Coaches Night on May 26th. After that, they will be for sale.

Also, please understand that no swimmer will be allowed to participate until registration is completed and paid in full. There are NO exceptions.

Volunteer Requirements:
Due to the Covid-related delays this year, volunteer sign up will be a little different. A separate email and link will be sent out after May 15. You will be required to sign up for 5 points worth of volunteer commitments. Each point covers one session (there are 2 sessions in a meet). Regardless of what you chose to work, you must sign up for a minimum of 5 points. Please understand that this is a first come, first serve sign up, so register early to get the position you want. If you are a core volunteer (officials, scorers, concession leads etc....) you have already been assigned and will not be required to sign up. Your schedule will be assigned, separate of the system. There will be a deadline for volunteer sign ups, which will be stated in the email. If you do not sign up for the minimum requirement, your swimmer will not be allowed to participate in any swim team event (practices, meets, gatherings, etc.). We solely rely on our volunteer staff, so your cooperation is absolutely necessary!
