Time to celebrate! The Kingsmill Sharks are the 2019 VPSU Champions! We won by over 200 points which is quite an accomplishment! The key to our win is the amount of participation we had in this meet. The top 20 in each event score points for the team. We are really deep and while we tend to celebrate the event winners….EVERY swimmer helped us win! Remember that the VPSU Champs meet is always the first Saturday in August (so plan your vacations accordingly for next year!). Wouldn’t it be awesome to win 3 years in a row? We hope to see everyone on deck next May for another fantastic season under a new set of very capable and eager leaders!

At the awards banquet, Lia gave lots of kudos and thanks. She deserves to be recognized for her awesome leadership over the last ten years. Thank you Lia- it’s been a pleasure and your commitment to the Sharks will never be forgotten!

If your swimmer isn’t ready to stop swimming- there are several year round clubs in the area. There are parents on our team from all three local clubs and would gladly talk to you about year round swimming. The Sharks don’t care where you swim in the off season…we just like you to swim :)
