The new practice times beginning WEDNESDAY, for those participating in Summer Awards or VPSU Champs are as follows:

8:15-9:30 Swimmers 13 and older
9:30-10:30 Swimmers 9-12 years old
10:30-11:15 Swimmers 8 and under

Please note that practices are only for swimmers who are participating in Summer Awards and/or VPSU Champs. The season for all other swimmers is officially over on Tuesday.

Practices after the Summer Awards meet on Sunday will only be open to those participating in VPSU Champs. Please remember to RSVP for VPSU Champs by Sunday at noon- no late entries will be accepted!
