Dear Shark Families,

Due to the extremely heat we are postponing the swim meet to Tuesday, July 23. We have been closely monitoring the weather and carefully considering all the options to ensure that our swimmers and volunteers are safe.

We understand that they are storms predicted Tuesday and we will hope for the best but will follow the VPSU and KCSA polices.

If we are unable to complete the meet on Tuesday, we will reschedule for the following week if possible.

If your swimmer is unable to swim Tuesday, please reply to this email.

If you are scheduled to work and unable to keep your work commit, please reply to this email as well.

Thanks for your patience over the weekend as we worked to figure out the best solution for our team.
